About

Introduction

The RCCreator BLE program was created for programming bluetooth remote control of our production. You can choose the remote control you need from the factory database, which is updating constantly. The main difference of our software from others of the same type is that you can create own database. The software is easy to use. You can make a copy of any remote control in short time without any problem.

System requirements

Computer with OS Windows 10 x32/64 or Windows 11 x64, with Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable installed, Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.

All the rights on the software belong to the authors. It is illegal to use the software for programming other remote controls except of the remote controls of our production.

Quick start

Download the file EU-RCCreatorBLE-x86.exe from website and run it. Select the installation language.

Follow step-by-step installation wizard

Now the software is installed. On the Windows taskbar > click search > type RCCreatorBLE and press Enter. Or run the software from the desktop.

If you see Automatic updates checking form, you can answer Yes and update software.

To connect the remote control, press the left and right arrow buttons on the remote control. The red LED will start flashing when the search mode is enabled.

Wait until the status in the program changes to connected. The red LED will always light when the remote control is connected.

1. Write Brand and Model that you want to program.

2. Click Set Filters.

3. Click on the model that you exactly want to program.

4. Click Program RC in the menu bar. The window for remote control programming will be opened.

For remote control programming, select the location for installation and click + to add.

When you see Brand, Type and Model, programming is complete. Disconnect the remote control. To do this, click on the Disconnect button or again press the left and right arrow buttons on the remote control. Once the red light turns off - you can use it.

Click Print for buttons layout printing.

Software Installation

To install the software download the file EU-RCCreatorBLE-x86.exe from website and run. Select the language for a software.

Main window consists of two parts.

The left part includes filter, remote controls table and list of different remote control’s types.

The right part shows all the information about the remote control: keys names and position, pictures, remote control’s links.

The right part also have Oscillograph and Search by code tabs.

Software Updating

For starting update answer Yes on question when run RCCreatorBLE or start update from Menu bar > About > Check for updates.

After the update is completed, you can use the new version of RCCreatorBLE.

You can check the current version of the application and database from Menu bar > About > About.

Remote control adding

Click Full version for switching to full RCCreatorBLE version.

Click New Remote Control in the Menu or Toolbar. The new remote control form will be opened. Enter the Brand, remote control Type or chose one from the list, then enter the remote control Name. Click Add New RC.

You have added the new remote control and the software has automatically navigated cursor bar on it.

Go to the tab Images. Here you may add the remote control images.

Code reading

Insert batteries into your remote control. Connect the remote control to RCCreatorBLE. In the status bar you will see an inscription that the remote control is connected, and the red LED on the remote control will light.

Go to the Main tab. Place the original remote control in front remote control (diode to diode).

Press and hold button on the original remote control until the red LED turns off on the connected remote control. Start with POWER button. The remote control will try to read the code and send it to RCCreatorBLE. Whereas the code reading was successful the key identifier appears.

With double click of the mouse press the key on the image where you would like to place the code. The red sign occurs on the key (and green sign if adding type was specified with SHIFT key).

Enter the name of the sample key then Enter. Those names will be printed in the keys printout.

Click MUTE on the original remote control.

Do the same for all keys.

If you want change Adding Type Direct or with Shift, please check Shift.

You can delete any key by clicking on Delete.

After you have programmed all the keys you have the following possibilities:

You can check the correctness of the programmed keys by press and hold button on the sample remote control. If they are programmed correctly than red or/and green signs on the keys will be encircled with yellow color.

If all the keys were encircled with yellow color, the sample remote control is programmed correctly.

Add link to remote control. Edit remote control. Delete remote control.

Link is the same remote control, but different brand/type/name. Click New Link in the Toolbar. New Remote Control Link form will be opened. Enter the Brand/RC type or chose one from the list, then enter the RC name. Click Add New RC Link key.

Click Edit Remote Control in the Toolbar. Edit remote control form will be opened. Edit the Brand/RC type or chose one from the list, then edit the RC name. Click Edit RC key.

Click Delete Remote Control in the Menu or Toolbar if you want to delete Remote Control.

Remote control programming

Run RCCreatorBLE software. To do this, on the Windows taskbar > click search > type RCCreatorBLE and press Enter. Or run the software from the desktop.

To connect the remote control, press the left and right arrow buttons on the remote control. The red LED will start flashing when the search mode is enabled.

Wait until the status in the program changes to connected. The red LED will light when the remote control is connected.

Find the desired remote control in RCCreatorBLE software. To do this just search for it in the list or use the filter.

Click Program RC in the menu bar. The window for remote control programming will open.

For remote control programming, select the location for installation and click + to add.

When you see Brand, Type and Model, programming is complete. Disconnect the remote control. To do this, click on the Disconnect button or again press the left and right arrow buttons on the remote control. Once the red light turns off - you can use it.

If you want to erase the remote control, select the location and click X to erase.

Macro buttons programming

Some of remote controls have macro buttons. You can add several commands into one button.

Click Program Macro in the menu bar. The window for macro buttons programing will open.

Click + to add or X to delete macro codes like you need, then push Program.

Additional functions

Remote control converting

Click Convert Remote Controle key in the Menu or Toolbar. The Converting form occurs.

Remote control export

Click Export key in the Menu or Toolbar. The Export form occurs. Enter the name of the file and press Save.

Remote control import

Click Import key in the Menu or Toolbar. The Import form occurs. Chose file extension .xml for import and press Open.

Remote control preview and print

Click Preview in the Menu. The Print Preview form occurs. Here you can view and print the key conforming of the original RC and Bluetooth RC. You can print the information using Print, without preview.

Our contacts are printed on page. You can change them in the Menu bar > Tools > Settings > Print Options.

Virtual remote control

Click Virtual remote control in the Menu. Chose the needed RC. Now You can transmit from the computer pressing the corresponded keys on the RC image.

Remote control search

Click Search key in the Menu or Toolbar. The Search form occurs. Read the keys you need. In the Left the corresponded RC occur. You can go to one of them with a mouse click.

Settings

Language

Choose your language in the Menu. The program will automatically set the chosen language.

Click Settings in the Menu and the settings form occurs.

Print Options - allows you to specify the company name, address and contact. This will be printed on the buttons layout sheet.

Simple programming - this checkbox enables the simple programming panel.

1. Click on the model that you exactly want to program.

2. Select the location and click + to add.

3. Click Program.

Please note that you can add and remove models but programming will occur after clicking Program.
